We are pleased to offer our clients remote support of their computers and networks. What is remote support? Remote Support is a computer support service where the 2geeks4u technician accesses your computer through your high speed internet connection to perform a variety of diagnostic and repair functions. This service offers our clients several compelling advantages:

• Immediate response in that you don't have to wait for a technician to arrive at your home or office.
• Reduced support rates as the technician does not have to travel to your residence. We pass these savings directly to you.
• Remote support is an excellent alternative for one-on-one training sessions as both the client and the technician can look at the same computer screen while having a discussion over the telephone.

How does Remote Support Work?

This service can only be offered to clients that have a high speed internet connection. Clients download a small file from the internet and install the remote access software. The technician will direct the clients through this process over the telephone.

The technician then logs onto your computer to do the necessary work. We normally maintain telephone contact with the client during these sessions as the clients may have to disconnect or reconnect cables.

Once the software is installed on your computer you can arrange for a remote support session if a problem emerges in the future.
