2Geeks4U is not tied into a single manufacturer or retail outlet.  When we repair your computer we only use components sourced from top tier OEM manufacturers.  We have learned that it is cheaper for our clients to purchase the best ocmponents possible as this will decrease the failure rate of these components. We can purchase these components at lower costs than retail clients and we pass our savings onto you.

Warranties

All the components that we purchase typically come with a 30 day free replacement warranty. This means that we will replace the component part for free, however, we will charge you a reduced service fee to replace the part.  After 30 days, we have to return the component to the manufacture for repair.  This repair can take up to five weeks, depending upon the component.
