2Geeks4U only uses Top Tier Computer Components
2Geeks4U is not tied into a single manufacturer or retail outlet. When we repair your computer we only use components sourced from top tier OEM manufacturers. We have learned that it is cheaper for our clients to purchase the best ocmponents possible as this will decrease the failure rate of these components. We can purchase these components at lower costs than retail clients and we pass our savings onto you.
Warranties
All the components that we purchase typically come with a 30 day free replacement warranty. This means that we will replace the component part for free, however, we will charge you a reduced service fee to replace the part. After 30 days, we have to return the component to the manufacture for repair. This repair can take up to five weeks, depending upon the component. |

2Geeks4U Service Rates
We are organized to deliver services in your home and office. We schedule our appointments and will provide you with a fixed arrival date and time that is mutually agreed before we arrive. We expect you to be available for this agreed time period.
Our hourly rate ranges from $75 to $125 per hour, depending upon the priority and emergency nature of your visit. If you want to cancel the visit we request that you provide us with 24 hours notice, otherwise we might have to charge you for a missed call.
We offer discounted rates for seniors and single parents. |
Do you Service and Repair Mac Computers?
2Geeks4U neither services nor do we repair Mac computers. If your Mac computer needs servicing we recommend that you take it back to an authorized Mac service depot.
Training on Mac Computers
2Geeks4U does offer training on using Mac computers and we also offer training on most common office programs and photo editing software. |
